Founded in 2023, Demand Care Health & Wellness began as a private practice dedicated to meeting the needs of busy professionals, with a focus on accessible weight loss services. Our founder, an experienced Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in primary care, pediatrics, and mental health, recognized a significant gap in healthcare: too many individuals face barriers to affordable, high-quality care due to scheduling challenges and system complexity. This inspired our mission—Real Care in Real Time—to meet every patient where they are and deliver timely, comprehensive care that addresses their needs in the moments that matter most.

Today, Demand Care Health & Wellness provides a full spectrum of services, including Primary Care, Gender Care, Weight Management and Substance Use Disorder Treatment—all in a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment. We are committed to creating a welcoming space that treats the whole person—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and we strive to offer both immediate solutions and long-term support for every member of our community.
