Welcome to Demand Care Health & Wellness, I’m Diane B., APRN, FNP-BC, Founder, and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience serving patients across Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware’s leading hospitals. My nursing background includes work in general medicine, pediatrics, mental health, crisis care, and HIV nonprofit settings, giving me a broad and compassionate perspective on patient care.
At Demand Care Health & Wellness, outside of my clinical qualifications to diagnose and treat, my goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and encouraging care environment—one that meets individuals where they are and ensures they receive the high-quality, affordable healthcare they deserve. I believe that no person should go without equitable or preventive healthcare due to their financial circumstances.
My care philosophy follows a “someone’s someone” approach—treating every patient as if they are someone deeply valued by someone else. I empower my patients to become active partners in their own health, and I collaborate closely with our team of practitioners to ensure this approach is consistent throughout our practice.

Stan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. At Demand Care Health & Wellness, Stan oversees daily operations and administrative functions, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
With a strong background in healthcare leadership, Stan has successfully guided multiple start-ups to achieve impressive growth. Beyond business, he is deeply committed to fostering an environment rooted in inclusivity and respect for all identities—a principle shaped by his academic foundation in Women & Gender Studies at West Chester University.
When not in the office, Stan enjoys educating undergraduate students, giving back through ministry, and spending quality time with his children and extended family.
